How big is it in real life?
It needs a 12" × 12" spot and stands 22" tall. On a typical 24–28" nightstand, the shade sits near shoulder height when you sit up in bed, so the light falls on the page, not in your eyes.
How bright is it?
Bright enough to read by with an 800 lumen 2700K LED. Drop to about 450 lumens when you only want the evening glow.
Does it come with a bulb?
No. It takes a standard E26 bulb. For warm evening light, choose a 2700K LED.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and a new one ships right away, at no cost to you. You don't need to send the damaged one back.
One or two?
For a bed, two: one on each nightstand, so both sides get the same light. Choose "A pair" above and the second lamp is 15% off.
Where is the switch?
On the cord (inline on/off), within reach on the nightstand. The cord is 70.9" long and has a standard US plug.
What if the finish isn't what I expected?
Metal and wood tones shift with the light and with screens. If it doesn't look right in your room, send it back within 60 days. The label is on us.
